UPDATE- My appointment went very well! Everyone in Dr. Nye's office, including Dr. Nye were very compassioante and supportive. I left feeling as if this giant oppressive weight had been lifted from my shoulders. They all were more than willing to work with me because of my time constraints and the distance I have to travel.
