Happy Holiday

WLS family,
         I'm so excited for this Holiday season more than any because I don't have to PIG OUT.  Happy Birthday to JESUS    .  I'm so happy that  I have conditioned  myself  to workout  extra hard and eat sensibly.  My holiday was wonderful and I look foward to the new year and can't wait to see what I will look like when I'm a year Post on October 1, 2009 My health is a lot better and my WL is noticeable.  Well WLS family, it is good being on the losing team.
