I have called the staff many times with questions and concerns and they have always been helpful and compassionate. When my insurance would not cover a particular medication prescribed, Dr. Shebani personally got on the phone with the pharmacist and found a script we could all be happy with. He has called after hours to answer questions with no problems. I would highly recommend him. "
