i have been busy this summer doing nothing !!!!
i led a few support group meetings, went to my doctor's appointment. sort of a stay at home summer. fall is here and we kissed daylight savings good bye
. our temperture here has cooled down some but it was too breezy outside today.i hope that we have a nice evening tomorrow we have an outside bbq for my son's b'day
i have been struggling with the lap band not being tight enough then having some taken out but 2 weeks ago i had another fill and for fight now i am comfortable.
