Hello I have been a dieter for over 20 years but always putting my family first so I never would achieve what I need to do for me to lose weight. So now we are empty Nester's and my health is bad I need to do this for me. I'm 5'3 226 pounds and 51 years old. There is no better time to get this done and I have so much to do in this life and still plenty of time to achieve it! I hope that my attitude will change and all my fellow sleevers will become my friends for life. I am excited and scared at the same time. But I have a very supportive husband ( who is a body builder go figure! And here I am right!) Well he is very excited for me and he will help me with the excersise and nutrion part he is ready for the task we have been Married for 22 years. It well be a challenge but my Physc say's I'm ready and strong. So here Iam ready to go! Wish me luck when you see me online or see my post and I will do the same. Good luck to you all!
