Hi all

I have my surgeon apt coming up on at the end of February. I'm quite nervous about it. So many things running through my head. What is it like in the surgeon apt.

Hi all, I'm new to this whole experience. I've already had my orientation and my social work apt. Now I'm just waiting for my NP apt in October. The waiting can be hard I'm finding but I always tell myself " It's going to be here before I know it". I'm getting rid of or preparing for life after RNY. Ex giving up Soda, Advil, Learning to chew my food 30 times or more and putting down the utensils in between bites.etc. I still have a ways to wait but this is a start for me. Anybody had any other good tips on preparing yourself for life after surgery?
