I've hit a plateau

Oh my goodness, l've hit a dreaded plateau !!! and what makes it so bad is it has taken me a few weeks to realize that the scale wasnt moving! as much as l have read the post on here l should have known immediately, but l didnt, lt just hit me! So now what? I dont want my Dr to be disappointed when l go in.
