Friday January 4, 2008 - Faxed my paperwork to G'ville to the Surgical Group to be submitted to my insurance company. Please - let Avmed approve this!!! I really need this surgery. I am tired of not being able to do the things I enjoy. I would really like for this to get approved and the surgery done so that I can really get out and enjoy the upcoming spring - hiking, biking and just being outdoors. The way I am now - stay in house - watch TV, surf the net!!! This really is not me. I want to be able to really get out and enjoy life - what better time to do that than in the springtime in N Florida?
