I Feel Like I've Taken A Few Steps Back

I'm just over three weeks since surgery and my pains have been been at a minimum the past week.  Yeah!  Well, last night was my first night back to work and the pains kicked in again.  I'm a server in a restaurant and was on my feet for about 5 hours straight.  About 2 hours in I started to feel some pain under my ribcage, and had a hard time keeping water I was sipping down.  By the end of my shift, my stomach (or where my stomach used to be) was killing me.  Main incision was throbbing and the only relief I felt was when I literally held my stomach in with my hand.  I don't know what to do.  I may have to resort to wearing my support belt to work tonight and hope that works. 
On the plus side, I lost another pound!
