Well its been 3 weeks since the scale has moved. I'm feeling pretty bad about myself. I'm doing what I'm suppost to. I've been walking more and eating what I'm suppost to. I just don't get why I'm not loosing. I can tell some differance in how my clothes fit. I can now zip up my jacket that I have never been able to zip. Everyone says it is just my body adjusting. I wish it would hurry up and adjust.
