Nutrionist appointment

8/17/09Today I went to see the Nutritionist at the hospital. Jess is always so helpful in steering me in the right direction. My weigh-in was 285.8. That's another loss of 7lbs! That make 19lbs in all.
I was nervous about this weigh-in because I've had some tough spots the last 3 weeks. I had some bouts of binge eating. Although these were contained to 'healthy foods', it still binging. I need to get my mindset back in order. This isn't easy. It is a change in behavior and is not going to happen overnight. I have to use my willpower until the rest comes.... and stays!
I have been fortunate to have a good support partner and others that are in agreement with my decision. I have finally made up my mind to have the RNY procedure. I want results at a quicker pace. Amongst other reasons.
