I am nervous to start back eating foods!

i love all of the information I read on this site, but I have to admit I'm very scared to start back eating foods !  I just had my surgery 11-26 and I am still on liquids until my DRs vist on 12-6. I'm scared to throw up and certainly don't wamt to choke on anything! the whole thing souns soooo SCARY!!  How will I know what food dont agree with me? How will I know if I can or can't  tolarate certain foods? I just don't want to experiement I want to know! LOL... I know it might sound silly but I'm just venting.
