Well my net loss for November was 2 pounds. I received 2 ccs more in my band on Dec 2 for a current total of 7ccs. I hope this makes a significant difference. I will continue to try.

I have been yo-yoing the same 3 pounds for two weeks now. I have lost no weight since my second fill. I have limited my carbs, upped my protein and got back on the treadmill. I'll wait and see what hardcore extended effort does for me. I have 2 weeks before my next appt and don't want to go in with no progress. Even five pounds would be better than nothing.

I have now had my second fill bringing the total to 5 cc. I am 2 months post surgery and have lost 39 pounds. My overall loss is 62 pounds since Feb. 2008
