EXTREMLY!! Depressed

So yesterday I went to my doctors to talk more about my upcoming surgery and well I went there and I gained 10lbs in 2 weeks!!!! So they pushed back my surgery until I don't know when. I understand why and I totally agree with them but like it just sucks!! Like I know it is my fault cause I ate to much and didn't exercise but like really?!?!?!?!  Like I am just so down and today was not a good day at work and now I just feel like I can't do anything right at all. I just feel like a complete failure!
