The office staff has been in close contact with me. There was a bit of confusion about the breakdown of fees and the timing of the payment, but every issue was immediatley addressed and satisfied. They are organized, frinedly, understanding and available.
After care is included in the fee and discussed in the informational seminar. Miswest Institute for Bariatric Surgery is expanding the services offered for all of its patients to include a work out facility design for larger people and more folks available for nutitional and support classes. I would like for more of this to already be in place, but knowing they are moving in that direction is good. Current;y, there is a loosly structured support group. There is a nurse available 24-7 for ANY reason- including just having some one to tell that you are not shopping in the PLUS size section for the first time!"
