Dr. Appointment booked

Well today I called and booked an appointment for Thursday afternoon to see my family Dr. I will talk to him about the RNY and have him fill out and send off the OHIP forms. Hopefully he gets it all done right since it seems there are a lot of people that have them sent back for filling them out wrong.
I also have a job interview that day before so I am kind of torn. On one hand I would love a better job but the job I have now is flexible and would allow me the appointments and also I have 4 weeks of vacation next year with my current employer which would help out with surgery recovery time.
We will see. I don't even know if I am fully qualified for the position as it is way different than the one I hold now.

Yesterday my husband and I went to a seminar for WLS here in town put on by Henry Ford Hospital in Warren MI. After going it was the deciding factor to push ahead with the process.
I will call my GP office tomorrow and make an appointment to have my OHIP OOC forms filled out and sent off. He is the one who suggested the RNY to begin with so this shouldn't be a problem.
Hopefully he can get me in soon and I can get the process started. Like getting my passport and all of my pre testing going.
So far most of my family have been very supportive when I brought this up to them. My husband is on board so that is the main thing.
I have a 3 year old son so this may make things more difficult as far as travelling and finding someone to watch him while I have various appointments but I am sure we will figure all of that out eventually.
Right now I have to really terrible medical conditions. I have very sore knees, lower back, and hips. Borderline high blood pressure, my RE tells me that I am well on my way to becoming diabetic as I am insulin resistant and I am reproductively challenged...lol. I conceived my son using clomid and metformin.
I weigh approx. 305lbs and stand at only 5 feet tall so that makes for a high BMI.
Hopefully I can get through to my Dr. tomorrow since the offices are all filling up with people with the flu.
