Well it has been a long time since a posted anything. I have lost a total of 87 pounds. Yesterday I was able to get into  regular jeans size 14 for the first time in 34 years. My husband and I have returned to exercising and I know that I will be able to lose more weight and firm up. I have lost a total of 52.5 inches all over.
