i will start with honesty! I slacked off for a long time....I did not gain any weight back BUT I also have not lost either! So I finally got back on track.....tracking ALL my food consumption!!! 

No more than 50g carbs per day and 1200 calories

I am very aware of people's stinky/bad breath since having my WLS! I have noticed it on several people over the past week 😳

Did anyone else have a diarrhea problem the days following surgery? I had my sleeve on Monday and started having diarrhea Wednesday evening and it's still happening! Sorry for the TmI but just wondering if it's normal 😷

Just wondering if many people experience having low blood Sugar after having the gastric sleeve? I know it's more common with the bypass but I'm interested in knowing if it also affects sleeve patients as well
