Sometime during week #3

Haven't been real diligent with this journalling thing, have I?  Hmmm...guess I'll have to get back on the ball.

Still haven't been feeling very well.  Haven't been really stringently on my diet, but, the pounds and inches are still coming off, slowly.  Part of it, I feel, is the fact that I'm drinking a whole lot of water.  I am thirsty ALL the time, and the only thing that helps is water.  Everything else only serves to make me more thirsty.  The other part is that I'm only eating solids once a day; mid-day.  The rest of the day and night, I'm on liquids.  This has worked for me in the past, along with walking (and walking, and walking, and journalling, and walking), unfortunately, right now, I'm unable to walk.  In fact, right now, I'm unable to do much more than sit up in a chair and walk back and forth to the bathroom.  With my already restricted lung capacity, this chest cold is REALLY restricting my breathing.  The only thing keeping me going is knowing that this too, shall pass.  Eventually, I will get over this cold, be able to breathe again, and possibly be able to start walking again, little by little.

Have an appointment with my psychiatrist on Wed. morning, next week, so, my weigh-in may be off, again,but, I will do the best that I can. 

I am now only 8 lbs away from meeting my first goal, which was to lose 25 lbs.  That will put me at 260. 

My next goal will be 250. 
Then, 50 total lbs. lost which will put me at 235.
Next, 225.
Next, 75 total lbs. lost which will put me at 210.
Then...ONEDERLAND, and my DOLPHIN TATTOO!!!
Then onward, from there.
