"I was referred to Dr Smith by satisfied patients. He is kind of quiet and has a quiet sense of humor. I felt very confident in his ability and that he would be precise and consistent in his surgery practice. He came to see me everyday in the hospital and while in my experience he is not a "hand holder" type personality I was very pleased with his care, concern and follow-up. I had a few small issues immediately post surgery that were not really related to my WLS but we were concerned for a short time about a possible clot, and both he and Eric (his PA) were very responsive and proactive."
