  I am researching lapband versus the sleeve and found this site, it has been very helpful, reading blogs and forums, seeing before and after pictures. I have already found my doctor and I am waiting for insurance approval, a coworker already had the surgery and I should be approved also, I weigh more and have had more failed attemps, lol, I knoe I need to make a change, I need to drop 100 lbs, it is just scarey and I am still debating which type of surgery. Either way I know diet and exercise are important and it's about help to change my life and my relationship with food
