"I had my appt at dr shin office on mon. I had to start all over due to insurance issues. His staff is abosultely wonderful and understanding. Dr Shin is a tell it how it is type of dr and is very straightforward about the risks and what is expected from you to be successful after surgery. He emphasizes that the surgery is a tool not a quick fix. He will stay and answer as many questions as you have and is very patient . I highly recommend him and his staff"
