Appeal Time

 I was declined a DS this past Tuesday afternoon but approved for a RNY for my surgery that was SUPPOSED to be today Friday Sep 28, 2012.

I have a professional helping me with my appeal.

We have everything under control and should be ready to submit my appeal before the end of next week. Just waiting on a couple more letters from some of my other doctors supporting my comorbids and my DS surgery.
