ulcers suck!

I have a stomach ulcer. It hurts  so bad. They put me on Prevacid to control it but my script was written wrong so now I have to wait in pain a little longer. It hurts if there is nothing in my stomach and it hurts when I eat. It hurts when I breathe. It really blows. On a lighter note I'm down 60lbs at my 3 month mark. I feel like it should be more. I've started eating carbs again and I keep beating myself up over it but I'm having a hard time stopping :( I go back to see my surgeon on the 18th and I'm going to talk to her about it even though I know she isnt going to be happy with me. I guess I'm a big girl and I've got to face the music. Any tips or personal stories about re-introducing carbs or cheating would be greatly appreciated.
