feeling great...trick or treat!

Hi everyone...been bout a week, not on as much as I'd like to be...this helps me...I had another good week.  Down another 1.2, I am very happy with that.  Slow and steady wins the race...

I have a plan in place to control my chocolate issues...ha ha, I am a chocoholic.  No other way to put it, love the stuff. 
I fit into another pair of small jeans, size 10...who could imagion...was a size 32.  I am soooooo happppyyyyy...chocolate doesn't do that for me...
