Why do I want to lose weight?

1. I don't want to get sick or die early.

2. I want to play with my kids, ride bikes with them, chase them, etc.

3.I don't want to be afraid of sitting in chairs.

4. I want to go to the beach and actually play with the kids not hide on the beach under a cover up.

5.I want my knees to quit hurting.

6.I want to be able to sit on the floor and get back up easily.

7.I want to be able to go to the movies without having to scope out the theater and find the most ideal seat to get in and out of.

8.I want to tuck in a shirt.

9.I want to wear a sundress without looking like I have a tent on

10.I want to jump on the trampoline with my kids

11.I don't want to ruin my brand new bed

12.I want my husband to be able to carry me, sit on his lap, etc.

13.I don't want to be the biggest person everywhere I go

14.I don't want to have to adjust the steering wheel in the car after my husband drives

15.I'm tired of rashes

16.I'm tired of my pants wearing out in the legs.

17.I want to be able to wear jeans and not come right home and change into sweats or pajama bottoms

18.I want my family healthier, I want to help my daughter get healthier.

19.I want to sit on my kids' beds without hearing them creak or trying to keep my weight on my legs.

20.I want to walk KT(a small mountain behind our house) without getting dizzy, turning red or feeling like I am going to die.

21.I want to do anything without turning red

22.I want to see the person in the mirror match the person I feel like I am

23.I want to have cute underwear....ya know the kind smaller than my children's shirts.

I know there is more.....I'll keep adding
