Setting New Goals

I am at the point that i am losing and gaining the same dang 3 or so lbs back and forth.  I am stuck at 233.0 and want so bad to get to the 280's.  So, this is my plan.  I am going to go to my stage II diet starting tommorrow for 5 days. (tommorrow being Wed, March 18).  My other new goal starting this past Monday is to GO TO THE GYM every M-W-F and do something at least once on the weekends.  There is NO reason other than laziness that I am not getting this in my plan.  I am going to get to 228 by April 1st.  That is only 5 lbs, and in just over 2 wks.  It can be done..then it will be so.
