Tornadoes:'(

This week has became such a blur, not even sure what day it is.  My County that I live plus surrounding ones have all been devastated by tornadoes this week.  It was so scary its started at 3am on Wed and we had sirens going off it seemed like every hour after that until around 9pm that evening.  It completely wiped out the homes a block from where we were staying.  So many have died and lost loved ones, it is jst really hard to believe.  Seems like a nightmare....Metal power poles bent completely over and mangled!!So needless to say I have completely fell of my pre-op diet bc we have been without power for so long and had to eat what ever we cld that was not refrigerated.  The problem is is that my Dr. will not do surgery if u do not loose the weight, I am hoping he will b sympathetic to our situation.  The diet has been the last thing I cld possibly think of.  Anyway I have seen and heard things this week that have changed me forever!!!!Please pray for our entire state of Alabama the death toll and missing and injured is astounding!!
