So today I met with the surgeon. I am now on the three month liver reduction diet. Wow this looks pretty hard. Especially since I am a student addicted to food on the run. lol I have my SWL meeting on feb 17th and psych eval on march the 3rd. I still have to get everything approved through the insur. company which is going to be a challenge all in itself. Whew. Already feeling the pressure. On a good note though when I weighed in today I was a couple of ounces lighter.lol everything counts right. I am now 217.4. I guess I need to eat the left over 15 bean soup I made the other day..lol geez. :)
