Stuck in this over sized body

HI my name is Tammy,I am stuck in this over sized body. I eat fairly healthy and work out when I can. I say I’m stuck because my activity is limited. I have osteoarthritis in my ankle. This keeps me from walking or doing the treadmill, which I love to do. I have had 12 surgeries which has cause my mobility to be limited as well through out the years. Now I have gained weight to the point I feel trapped. I plan to have gastric surgery to help me get my life back. Our family does have obesity and slow metabolisms. I never have let this stop me before, but with the limited activity it’s catching me. NO MORE! I plan to have this surgery work out and get down to 140 Lbs at least.
