I can't sleep since I left the hospital.

Ok people surgery out of the way. Recover process has begun. I have itching around my stitches. I can't sleep at all at night I have been going to sleep around 10 waking back up at 3am.  I'm not only wake but up up. I have stairs in my house I'm out of breath going up and down them. Go figure the one thing I started doing for get fit has turned against me. The stairs seem like a death sentence. But I did it anyway. Last night took Sleep aid only to wake up again at 4 am. What's a girl to do.
