Weight Update -187 up 5

So went to doctor today. I weigh 187. I gained 5 pounds. Oh well. I am not going to stress out about it.
I got my A1C back. I am very excited about this 7.9 before it was 8.9 in six weeks it has gone down one point and I have cut my insulin in more than half. Very exciting news. As for weight loss ooh well shit happens.
