  I gained a couple of pounds back. I am so glad I go for a fill tomorrow because I have no restriction. How dissapointing. I hope my doctor will not fuss at me tomorrow. Wt today 156

Hi everybody,
I haven't posted in a couple of weeks. I had my first fill on June 9th and it was painless but I can still eat some. I have lost a few more pounds since my fill but it is slow going. I went shopping Friday and bought size 14 shorts that had a waistband and a zipper....amazing! My family and I are going to New England to visit family and attend my grandmother's100th BD party. Can't wait. Total weight loss since surgery is 43 pounds.

I am holding steady on my weight. not losing but not gaining. I go tomorrow to get my first fill so hopefully after this I will start losing again.

Saw my PP today and my BP was 112/68. Yeah. By the way I am under 160 pounds for the first time in 10 years!!!! STB

People at work are starting to ask me if I have lost weight. I noticed my cloths are starting to get baggy now. I wear nurses scrubs and before they were a little snug but now they look like maternity cloths. I don't care though, I will buy some new stuff this summer after I have lost a little more. What was really neat this weekend was that I wore a large shirt to the Kenny Chesney concert. I am kinda in between t-shirt sizes so it was a little tight but my daughter said it looked better than my x-large. Can't wait until I can wear a medium!

I have lost about 30 pounds now and for the first time in several years I can actually cross my legs. I am so loving my band! Tomorrow I start on soft foods and I am looking forward to being able to "chew" again.LOL.

My Doctor's visit went great. I have lost  7 pounds since surgery. My clips are out and I am back at work. I will not see Dr. S. again until June 9th for my first fill and a needle biopsy of the nodule on my thyroid. It is hard to get in all my liquids while I am at work so I try and make-up for it when I get home. Still feeling pretty good. Somedays I am a lttle tired but I am sure this will get better with time.  

Hi, Tomorrow will be my 10th day post-op and I go to see my surgeon for follow-up. I should get my clips out (so glad, they itch) and get released to go back to work and drive etc... It also is my wedding anniversary... what a great present I have given to us! STB

One week post-op today so I got to start phase 2 of my diet, which is full liquids, Watered down mashed potatoes were soooo good. Tomorrow I am going to have creme of mushroom soup. I never knew I liked soup this much LOL. STB

Hi everyone,I am feeling pretty good today and I actually walked 20 minutes on my treadmill, yeah me. Call me crazy but I actually think I had hunger pangs today and when my daughter fixed supper for her and her Dad a few minutes ago, it smelled sooooo good. I told her I had "food envy" LOL.
