Hi everyone strugguling out there, here's a lil bout myself

Hi, My name is Steve I'm 6'2  497lbs .I just had my Lapband surgery on July 27, 2009 and of course like any diets and stuff it is hard thank God I had no complications and everything went fine I was really scared of having surgery but like I said everything went good , I know these foods, liquids suck but it is well worth it!!! on August 7, 2009 I went for some staples removel and that was my first weigh in and I was suprised to see the scale drop down from 497 to 470 lbs I mean I lost 27lbs  in like 10days . I finally got it thur my head it is time to change my lifestyle same thing every weekend party drink,drink,drink  and junk food, but you just need to put your foot down and say no more it's my life or the party scen there be plenty of that later and you will feel better about your self that's what I say. I still got a long way to go but this is a good start.
