Life is good!

I think it is time for me to stop ticking back the clock from surgery. I feel great and can't believe I'm 71 lbs. down! I look good too. Cracks me up to see the eyes following me as I walk through stores and such. Everyone is more helpful.I've been back from vacation for a week and just now feel like I'm catching up on sleep etc. I still am not perfectly back on a regular schedule and plan to sit down with my vites tomorrow and set everything up for next week. I am always nervous about non-compliance and need to realize I can strive for perfection and settle for excellent. Jeez, we're hardest on ourselves.
I ate some weird stuff tonight and seem to be paying the price. My stomach hasn't done cartwheels like this since I was first on solid food after surgery. I have a feeling tonight is going to be a long night.
Part of my problem with sleeping is the mid-night trips to the toilet and 4 out of 7 nights I'm running downstairs for food with that horrible hunger pain I get. Terrible. Really interrupts a good night's sleep.
