My Frustration

It has been almost 6 years since my bypass surgery. I have gained back a lot of weight. I am extremely upset with myself. I was under EXTREME STRESS for the past 4 years and I let myself go back to the old way of stuffing my feelings with food. I can't believe that I let myself go back to the old ways. I swore that would never happen again. I am now back on OH to get back on track. I know that if I make this public that I will have to answer for my actions and that will help me a lot.
