8 month postop ramblings....

Hit 8 months postop yesterday! Wow, time flies!Total weight loss since surgery: 119lbs
Total weight loss from highest weight: 138lbs
Holy shit...I'm down a total of 138lbs from my highest weight! Life is so good now. I love myself. I love what I see in the mirror :) Honestly, if I didn't lose much more now, I'd be fine with that. I'm a full blown size 12. Don't ever remember being a size 12 in my entire life. The smallest I remember myself is a size 14. Even with all the saggy skin, it's not so bad. I'm learning to accept my extra skin and look for flattering clothes. I hate my arms, but I'm slowly trying to wear sleeveless and tell myself "girl, you've come so far, what's a little extra hanging skin on your arms, you're skinny"! LOL!
I finally sized down my wedding bands. I was a size 10.25 and now I'm a 7.5! My 8 inch bracelets are huge on me...lol.
4 more weeks til hubby and I go to Vegas...getting excited!!
