"I believe that overall the satff was very good, there was just one female on the night staff that answered the call bell, that I wanted laying in the bed instead of me. Both times I called she NEVER gave the nurse the call. I called back the 2nd time 1/2 hr laster and another voice answered and the nurse was in my room with pain meds within 5 minutes. I didn't get her name, but I complained about her to the bariatric coordinator, and I only hope that someday, she is in the hospital & is in pain and understands what it's like to be ignored. I believe that will be the only way she will learn!!!"
"Dr Jawad is all business. He lets you know EVERYTHING he is going to do up front. He tells you EVERY possible risk and goes over it until you completely understand it. rnI think his staff are wonderful. They have been helpful and professional in every aspect. I believe his surgical competence outweighs his bedside manner, but I didn't hire him to be my friend , i hired him because of his skills.rnI had a problem with the pain med the 1st night I was home and he called me back within minutes and the problem was taken care of."
