Kathleen, congratulations on your weight loss. That's fantastic! I also hate chewing those calcium citrate tablets. I didn't know we are supposed to be taking 4 a day. I guess I better start. They make me gag. If you know of any other calcium citrate tablets that aren't gross, let me know. Again, congratulations!!!

Kathleen, I appreciate your question is one I am having as well. I will be checking to see your responses for my education also. How is your exercise? Are you on a regular exercise program?BTW I love love love Food Network too. I thought I was the only one, smiles.

Hi Kathleen. I thought I was the only one who was addicted to the Food Network. I guess we all pretty much think alike. Even when I don't like the person who's doing the cooking, I still watch it. I absolutely love that channel. But Rachel Ray is really getting on my nerves. If you need it twice, chop it once! GAG
