It's been a year and a half since I had my LapBand removed due to migration. I am scheduled for VGS on June 7th and am so excited and relieved to be at the end of this long process of approval, meeting requirements, etc. There is so much to do to prepare, but I am more than ready.

 

Wow!!  I am quite impressed!  I am sore and feel hungry, but I think I am doing pretty well.  Six days out from surgery and a 23lb weightloss.  
Not looking forward to going back to work on Tuesday.  
 

Surgery was yesterday.  So far things seem to have gone smoothly.  Back at home----in pain, trying my hardest to get comfortable!  

I am now officially a Bandster!!  : ) 

Day 2 of liquid diet.  Not fun!  I lost 2 pounds, though.   

As if one of these restrictions isn't bad enough!
Just did a bit of shopping for it today.  Any suggestions? 

I just told the people that I work for about my upcoming LapBand surgery.  I've been really worried about how people would react and what kind of support I would receive.  So far so good.  But I can't help but wonder about what they are not saying.... 

 Ok, this is really happening.  The surgery date is right around the corner and I feel so unprepared.
