Another year 2009

I am still at 172 and holding. Not very happy and my doctor reminded me today. I need to get back to better eating. He gave me a Diabetic diet 1200 calories. i am going to try this.
It is 7 years now since I had my surgery and I feel great other than the 17 pound weight gain in the last 2 years.
