Theresa, I know I'm a little late in saying thank you for your post, but Thank you. I'm so discouraged right now. I'm 6 months out and have only lost 45 lbs. Not giving up, just discouraged. Theresa, We had our surgery on the same day. What kind of surgery did you have? Congrats on all the weight you have lost so far. I'm stuck at only losing 37 lbs., I can't exercise as I had knee surgery 9 days after I had my VBG. I'm just now starting to walk without pain. I hope to be able to exercise more and hopefully that will cause the weight to go. I'm so discouraged because the scale is not moving. Email me at [email protected] I would like to keep in touch.
