Been Struggling!!!

Well it's been a while since I posted. I been struggling with insurance issues.  During that time I gained 19 pounds. I'm not upset but I know I gotta get it together. Now if they stop cutting my insurance on and off I will b ok. I know I have alot of muscle now so my PCP says don't stress that will put weight on also. Well today I started the Liver shrinking diet to see can I get things moving. Pray for me!! I was doing so good!!!
