its been kinda crazy! i went to a restuarant the other day with my angel coach from this website and i it felt weird to actually fit in a booth and have room. im starting to go through my clothes nothing fitting in my closet. part of doesnt want to give them up just yet. even when i go to different place seatting in the doctors chair in the waiting room im able to seat in and be comfortable and get stuck when trying to get out. its been a change. my energy level goes up and down but to be expect im been doing good on the intake of food and water trying to get all protien in its hard work. but ive lost 27 pounds. and im in size 18 i drop 3 sizes.
