Rolled over in my sleep and it hurt like hell! Pretty much been awake since 4:30am when I pulled that little trick...Got ready for church and it felt good to put real clothes on and makeup...
Stepped on the scale...249! Can't remember the last time I saw that number...praise God! hat's 9 # since surgery.
Our usual Sunday ritual is to have lunch with friends so I told my hubby not to deviate since I had to have broth anyway it would be fine so we'll see how it goes. Heading out now...
