Now I'm Depressed

Gosh!! I am so stressed out right now!!  I have to come up with 3,000 dollars to pay and join this weight loss program and it is required!! I called today and asked the lady if i had to do it and she said yes because the $3,000.00 goes toward their paychecks!!! And to beat it all insurance does not cover it and i have to pay 1500 before the surgery and 1500 after the surgery. the only problem is I DO NOT HAVE THE MONEY! and i'm not able to get a credit card because of one 200 dollar credit card i had and missed a few payments. and my pap will not help me out nor will he cosign a loan. so i have no idea what to do. I want this surgery more than i have ever wanted anything in my life and i only have one more doctors appointment before i can be approved for surgery. i have come so far and now im scared that i'm not gonna be able to do it. i have been so depressed about this cause i was so excited about this surgery, there was nothing holding me back and now this!! if anyone has any advice for me let me know...
