Well what can i say .its been two years today and i cant even say how my life has changed . i have moved from Denver Colorado to Corner Alabama in the last six months .As for my weight im still at 201 pounds that would be about 113 pounds from my day of surgery .life has been great dont look back just forward and all i can see are great things to come .  

 

I cant believe it i made it to my goal . wieghed myself this morning and the scale loved me . 199.8. i have not seen that in over 27 years . cant remember feeling this good about myself in years . thank you dr metz. and everyone how has help or been there throw all of this .

Six and half mounths out and i hit 100 pounds down .I feel great look great and still loving ever second of this trip.I have lost a total of 40 inches off my body . Went from a size 52 pants down to 36-38 , my shirts are from 4xl to a large to xl . even lost a shoe size . need to start toning up now . still walking 3-4 times a week 3-4 miles each time . with summer here trying to hike at least once a week .
Just want to thank everone on here and all have been there for me . Dr Metz and his great staff for all the great suport .
Life is short start living for your self that is what i live by now .

1-27-2011,
up and moving this mornning and loveing it put in a 3 mile walk dropping kid off at school then coming home and gatting ready for a 6 mile hike . With  that said if it was not for Dr Metz and his great hands and staff i would still just be sitting in my car or chair . Love my new self  no more  meds or c-pap . Cant wait to walk every morning and nite try to do 4 miles a day .Enjoy life and make the best of it your day ,life is short grab it and run like the wind. Troy
