My VSG is set for the same Day!! :) on Day 2 of a 10 Day Liver Reduction Diet and it's going pretty good! Did wake with a terrible migraine & nausea however after my 1st protein shake and multivitamin, I feel so much better!! Have you started your Liver Reduction yet? I just had the Chicken Soup Flavor shake from Unjury.com and it is AWESOME!! You got this girl!!

Hi there! I am super excited to get my surgery!! I am scheduled for April 19th. I have a concern, I have elevated liver enzymes due to a fatty liver. Should I start the Liver Reduction diet sooner that the requested 10 days pre-op? Any one else ha
