On May 12, 2017, i celebrated my 2.5 year Surgiversary. I have had some regain which i started to take off again. Everyday is a new day. The problem that let me to some of the regain was stress eating from boardom and stress. I saw my Dr last week Friday and she gave me a 10 lb challenge and see her next month. I know that i can do this. As of Monday this week, i started back on getting on track. I have 2 shakes along with a meal for dinner. I have a couple small snacks which is protein. I know i will get this off. I have control in this before it got too bad. Thank you so much for all the support i got from friends and famly.
