I have always been a 'big' girl but as the age creeps up my weight was directly in proportion to it! I decided enough is enough when it took so much effort to breathe after climbing one flight of stairs. I am looking forward to a new lease on life and fitting into that bathing suit I've had my eye on for years!;> I know this may not be as easy as I think since I've had a love afair with food all my life, but I truly believe that this is the best route for me. All things are possible........ Let the journey begin!!
